Easy Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
4 cups blueberries
2/3 cup water
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in 9 x 11 baking dish while heating oven (in oven). In mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and milk. In a separate bowl mix berries, water, and remaining 1 cup of sugar. When butter has melted, pull baking dish out of oven and pour batter evenly into the pan. Spoon blueberries along with all the liquid evenly over the batter. Do not stir! Bake 40 – 45 minutes. Batter will rise to the top and form a golden buttery crust. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
